Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on the 20th of April 2018 as one of the endowment projects to mark the 70th birthday of His Grace, Archbishop Dr. Goddowell Avwomakpa whose life have been dedicated to preaching the gospel of Christ, saving Souls and raising godly leaders in and outside Nigeria.
